THE DECISION
The product owns the truth, not the model
Contact counts, quotas, prices, billing calculations: deterministic application state, never generated by Gemini. The model advises inside a bounded action catalogue — the user decides.
THE OUTCOME
Disputed MRR becomes authorised expansion revenue
Higher net revenue retention, fewer chargebacks, brand trust intact. Shippable inside the current product: low engineering lift, zero user retraining.

A 2.5-second timeout with a deterministic fallback. If Gemini is slow or down, the triage surface still works. Deployed live on Fly.io via GitHub Actions — a clickable implementation, not a Figma mock.
